About the Authors

Michael Harvey, EVP:

Michael's career spans twenty years and a variety of major industries. It includes roles as a general manager, as a business strategy consultant, and as a Board member. As EVP and chief sales and marketing officer for Concursive, he is responsible for product management, business development, sales, and marketing—in other words, getting and growing customers.

Michael and his family spent three years circumnavigating the North American continent in a 40’ sailboat.


Jeff Hershey, VP of Business Development:

Jeff has worked for companies that vary widely in both size and business segment; from very large organizations, like Mobil Oil, to smaller start-ups and tech companies. He fits into the CRM space well, as his background includes extensive experience in shopper insights, relationship marketing and commercializing technology.

In his (rare) spare time, Jeff is an avid photographer and tennis player.
